Roasted Cherry Tomatoes + Spinach

Fresh – Bright – Fragrant – Healthy!

Roasted Cherry Tomatoes and Spinach can be added to egg white omelets.  You can lay on flat bread with low fat cheese for a healthy pizza! 


Tomatoes, 3 cloves garlic, 8 basil leaves [chiffonade], 1/2 bag baby spinach, 2 TBS olive oil. Bake at 375 for 30 min!
